1 wheel of King Island brie cheese
¼ cup of dried cranberries
¼ cup of dried apricots
¼ cup of roasted walnuts
¼ cup of roasted macadamias
1 sprig of rosemary to garnish
1 packet (150g) of artisan style crackers to serve
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
Place brie in on baking paper and fold it over to create a case. Place onto baking tray and into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until brie is soft. Place on cheese board and top with the fruit and nuts then drizzle with Capilano Honey. Enjoy!
