Bee-Licious Bliss Balls

This simple gluten free, vegetarian recipe created by Capilano Dietitian Kate Save, takes 10 minutes and uses only the most natural ingredients.

Ingredients

1 cup almonds, dry roasted, unsalted
½ cup dates, pitted
½ cup dried apple
1Tb chia seeds
1Tb Capilano honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients except coconut into a blender and pulse until texture is like a fine crumb.

    Shape into balls and roll in coconut.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
