Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe mango (diced into chunks)
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat vanilla ice-cream
2 tablespoons Capilano Honey

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender.
