1 wheel of King Island brie cheese
¼ cup of dried cranberries
¼ cup of dried apricots
¼ cup of roasted walnuts
¼ cup of roasted macadamias
1 sprig of rosemary to garnish
1 packet (150g) of artisan style crackers to serve
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
Place room temp brie on baking paper and fold it over to cover the brie.
Place the covered brie onto a baking tray then into the oven.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until brie is softened.
Remove baked paper. Place on cheese board and top with the fruit and nuts then drizzle with Capilano Honey.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and enjoy!
