Last month, we provided 45 food grade Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) to aid in the delivery of much needed water to residents of the Granite Belt.
We are proud to continue our support of the Granite Belt Water Relief Group, through the donation of an additional 20 IBCs for next weekend's 12 truck convoy. This wonderful initiative has been organised by 'Let's Send Them a Truckload' and will be delivering water, and other much needed supplies, to the region that has been gripped by drought.
This brings our total IBC donation up to 65, and will greatly assist with the delivery of much needed water to residents of the Granite Belt.
The Capilano brand contains honey that has been supplied by over 800 Aussie beekeepers, and the majority of these families are based in rural areas. We are passionate about supporting our beekeepers and their rural communities, and are proud to continue to provide this much needed assistance to those families impacted in the Granite Belt.
If you’d like to do your part to help support rural communities struck by drought but are not sure where to start, head to ruralaid.org.au.Pictured below from left to right is our Master Honey Taster & Blender, Peter, Operations Administration Officer, Pam, and Receivals Leading Hand, Ashley, who all helped in organising this third donation of IBCs that was collected this morning. Great work team!
