
Salmon & Asian Greens
Ingredients
4 150 gram Tasmanian salmon fillets
3 tablespoons Capilano honey
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 bunch broccolini or any leafy Asian vegetables in season (e.g. Chinese broccoli or choy- sum).
120 grams snow peas rinsed and ends trimmed
3 tablespoons Capilano honey
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 bunch broccolini or any leafy Asian vegetables in season (e.g. Chinese broccoli or choy- sum).
120 grams snow peas rinsed and ends trimmed

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix Capilano honey with ginger and soy sauce in a small bowl until combined.

Place salmon on baking tray lined with nonstick paper. Spoon half honey soy mixture over salmon.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake in oven for 20 minutes. While salmon is baking blanch vegetables.

Heat remainder of honey soy mix in a small saucepan until hot.

Place vegetables on plates with salmon and spoon over remainder of honey soy mix. Serves 4.
