Choc Honey Berry ‘Pizza’

This indulgent treat featuring Capilano Choc Honey is the perfect dessert to impress that someone special.

1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Capilano Choc Honey Spread
3-4 strawberries, sliced
½ banana, sliced
1-2 tsp coconut flakes

    Whisk yoghurt lightly with a fork in a mixing bowl then add flour and stir until starting to come together. Turn out onto a floured bench and knead until it becomes a soft smooth ball. The dough will have a slightly sticky consistency. Put back in the bowl, cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out into one large pizza base 1/2 cm thick and 15cm in diameter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until base is golden. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then spread top with Capilano Choc Honey Spread (leaving a 2cm border) and top with sliced strawberries & bananas and coconut flakes. Cut into slices and serve.
