
Choc Honey Sanga
For a lunchbox sandwich version that travels well, spread a slice of grain bread with Capilano Choc Honey Spread and place another slice of bread on top. Wrap and set aside in lunchbox. Place strawberries in a small container and coconut flakes in a separate container. When ready to eat, sandwich strawberries and coconut flakes between the bread and eat.
For a simpler version spread one slice of grain bread with Capilano Choc Honey Spread and top with toasted coconut flakes.

2 Strawberries, chopped
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
1 slice sliced wholegrain bread
2 Strawberries, chopped

Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon Capilano Choc Honey spread. Top each slice with chopped strawberries and a few blueberries then sprinkle over 1 teaspoon of granola and serve.
