
Choc Honey Yoghurt Granola Cup
These easy-beesy Capilano Choc Honey granola cups make the perfect snack. You can even make them the night before school, uni or work for a 'grab-and-go' brekky in the morning!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons toasted nut free granola
1 tablespoon Capilano Choc Honey Spread
2/3 cup low fat greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy free option)
¼ cup fresh mixed berries (or frozen and thawed)
1 teaspoon Capilano Choc Honey Spread, to serve
1 tablespoon Capilano Choc Honey Spread

Combine Capilano Choc Honey Spread and 1/3 cup yoghurt in a small bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.

In a glass, layer 2 tablespoon of granola, 1/3 cup plain greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons berries, 2 tablespoons granola, choc honey yoghurt and 2 tablespoons berries.

To serve, drizzle with 1 teaspoon Capilano Choc Honey Spread.
