Choc Manuka Granola Bars

140g traditional oats
120g smooth peanut or almond butter
70g Capilano Australian Active Manuka Honey
50g sugar-free choc chips and/or crushed nuts
Optional: pinch of salt

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a batter forms.

    Press batter firmly into a lined loaf or brownie tin and freeze until firm, around 2-3 hours

  • 3

    Cut into 7 even-sized bars and serve (keep refrigerated for up to a week, and frozen for up to a month)
