Fig & Ricotta Tartine
1/4 cups fresh ricotta cheese
10 slices sourdough bread
10 fresh figs, cut into slices
1 sprig of Tarragon, leaves picked
Salt & pepper, to taste
Prepare cuts of bread. You can lightly toast them if preferred.
Generously spread the ricotta over each slice, sprinkle with tarragon leaves and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange figs evenly on top and drizzle preferred amount of Capilano Honey over the figs
Serve immediately and enjoy.
