Honey Bliss Balls
This simple gluten free, vegetarian recipe created by Practicing Dietitian Kate Save, takes 10 minutes and uses only the most natural ingredients. Nutritional information based on per serve (34g).
½ cup dates, pitted
½ cup dried apple
1Tb chia seeds
1Tb Capilano honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients except coconut into a blender and pulse until texture is like a fine crumb.
Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
