
Honey Chicken Wings
A tasty budget meal for families that kids can help prepare. Can be cooked on a BBQ plate on medium heat turning once.
Preparation time: 15 minutes plus 2 hours refrigeration time
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup Capilano's Australian honey
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove crushed
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 1/2 kg chicken wings
1 desert spoon of sesame seeds (garnish, optional)
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove crushed
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 1/2 kg chicken wings
1 desert spoon of sesame seeds (garnish, optional)

Place the chicken wings in a plastic bag. Whisk Capilano honey and all other ingredients together and pour into bag onto chicken. Seal bag and use your hands to rub the marinade through the chicken.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours turning bag each hour.

Cook chicken at 200°C in a single layer and well spaced on a baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes, turn chicken over and cook for another 15 minutes.

Chicken is ready when it is very sticky and dark brown in colour. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
