Honey Fruit Smoothies

Makes 2 serves


1/3 cup coconut water (chilled)
2/3 cup natural thick yoghurt
1 1/2 cups of either diced kiwifruit, berries, mango or banana (or a mix of everything!)
2 teaspoons wheatgerm
2 tablespoons Capilano Honey (to taste)
You can even add in a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!

    Place all ingredients in a blender.

    Blend until smooth.
