
Honey Soy Marinade
Makes ½ cup, enough for 4 portions of meat, chicken or fish
Ingredients
3 tablespoon Capilano honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic and/or grated ginger (optional)

Whisk all ingredients in a large shallow dish with a fork.

Add your chosen meat in one layer and turn to coat thoroughly.

Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for anytime between 30 minutes and 24 hours. The longer you leave to marinate the more intense the flavour.

Remove the meat from the marinade and cook using preferred method.
