Manuka Honey Cookie Butter Caramels

A beautifully decadent sweet treat that literally oozes with every mouthful. Only made better using our Active Manuka Honey for a nice little supercharge into your indulgent snack, with thanks to @noashealthyeats.

100g Biscoff spread
100g of coconut cream
2 tbs of Capilano Honey Active Manuka Money MGO30+ (28-30g)
200g white/ or milk chocolate

    Whisk your first 3 ingredients together and freeze for 1/2-1hr to thicken.

    Once filling has thickened, melt chocolate in a pot with a little coconut oil.

    Place 1-2 tbs of melted chocolate in each cupcake casing.

    Distribute the filling into the middle of each cup , allowing the melted choc to slip up the sides slightly & than cover the caramel centre with remaking chocolate.

    Freeze for another 1hr and then enjoy 😍 Store in a sealed container in either fridge or freezer.
