Wholemeal Wraps

For a lunchbox version, roll the wrap around the filling and cover in cling film or aluminium foil and place in lunchbox.

1 wholemeal or multigrain wrap
1 tablespoon Capilano Choc Honey Spread
1/2 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
8-10 fresh raspberries
½ tablespoon coconut flakes
¼ teaspoon chia seeds

    Spread wholemeal wrap with Capilano Choc Honey Spread. Lay thinly sliced apple in a line down the middle off the wrap. Add raspberries in another line next to the apple and top with coconut flakes and chia seeds. Serve
