Orange Oat Bites

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. Capilano Honey
¼ Cup Orange Juice
Zest of ½ an orange
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ Cup Raisins
Capilano 100% Australian Honey

Instructions

    Place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

    Roll the mixture into 10 equal sized balls and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

    Use the honey spoon and drizzle it over the energy bites.

  • 4

    Return them to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.

    Serve as cakes pops by using colorful straws or in mini cupcakes
