Capilano's Raw Unfiltered honey being used in SDL Method's Headache Relief Smoothie recipe. 🐝💛 Ingredients: 3 kale leaves 1/2 stalk of celery 1/2 cup of diced pineapple 1/2 inch of ginger root 1 tsp chia seeds 1 cup of almond milk 1 tsp of Capilano Raw Unfiltered honey 2 tbsp dairy free yoghurt 1 cup of ice 1/2 frozen banana Method: Blitz all ingredients and enjoy. 🍍🌿🍌🍯👌
Put a tropical twist on your next baking project with this 'Papaya & Banana Loaf' recipe featuring our naturally bioactive Australian Manuka honey! 🐝✨ Ingredients: 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour 1 cup white plain flour 1.5 large, ripe bananas 1/2 cup mashed up of ripe papaya 1/4 cup milk or soy milk 2 eggs 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil or pure butter* 1/3 cup our Aussie Manuka 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda Method: 1. Combine all ingredients well and pour into a loaf baking tray. 2. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 mins - 1 hour until golden on top or until skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Recipe inspiration from 3rd year dietitian student, Rose Maclean. 🐝💛 *Original recipe calls for high quality vegetable oil, but we prefer to use refined coconut oil or pure butter.
